4) Indemnity

Apart from these, any claim or demand arising out of your usage of the services or your violation of the terms of services would also come under this ambit.
5) No Resale of service
No kind of reproduction, duplication, sale or resale of any part of the services or content will be entertained.

9) Refunds or reimbursements:
You must agree that SEOexpert.Pro is only a service provider, and SEOexpert.Pro and it's partners, third parties who are also involved in providing various services offered for our customers. if as the provider we believe that you have violated the terms of services. Discontinuation of services may or may not happen with prior intimation. In addition, you musts agree that SEOexpert.Pro will not be liable or any other entity for the termination of access to the services. Meanwhile, We always respect and listen to our customers views. SEOexpert.Pro could reimburse 75% of the total price paid by a customer in case of dissatisfaction of the service purchased, after verification which may take between 10 to 30 days.
10) third party advertisers
As and when SEOexpert.Pro teams up with advertisers, any kind of dealing or participation in promotion, payments of goods or services or any other terms, warranties or representation would solely be between you and the advertisers. You must agree that the we, the providers will in no way be held responsible for any kind of loss or damages arising out of such dealings because of the presence of the advertisers in the services.
